About the Real Estate Agent Lists

    I only need a certain city or area/zip code/city -- can I buy just that?

We only offer lists by state at this time. The lists are sortable by city and zip code so you can choose any area of the state. Since our lists are much less expensive than the competitors', you can purchase an entire state for less than the price of a city or zip code in most cases.

    Are your lists guaranteed accurate?

Yes, we guarantee the data to be 90% accurate, or we'll issue a refund on a prorated basis for undeliverable emails or postal mail within 30 days of purchase. Guarantee

    What format is the data in?

The lists come in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format. With Excel, the lists can be sorted and used as-is or imported into your database.

    How are the lists sorted?

The lists come sorted by City then by Last name, but of course you can sort them by any column criteria in the Excel spreadsheet.

    Can I have a discount for multiple lists?

We offer the entire US at a discount of 70%. Because our lists are the lowest priced in the industry, we cannot offer further discounts for groups of individual lists.

    If I buy a state list, can I have a credit toward the US list if I decide to buy it later?

We offer the entire US at a discount of 70%. Because of this deep discount, and because we do not have a credit tracking system in place, we cannot offer credits toward the US list.

    Do you offer phone support?

We currently do not support phone support of any kind. We feel strongly that e-mail helps us support the majority of our customers. We will quickly answer any questions you send by e-mail.

    How do you compile your lists?

We compile the lists in-house from public sources such as state and local realtor boards, phone directories, internet listings, etc.

    Is it legal to send email to this list?

Yes, it is legal to market to these lists as long as you comply with the CAN-SPAM act. Complying is easy, please see Marketing Tools for more information

    Do you provide regular updates to the lists after purchase?

Updated lists are available at a 50% discount after initial purchase.

    How often do you re-compile the lists?

We re-compile the most popular lists every 4-6 months.

    Why are your prices so much lower than other providers? Are your lists as good?

We are able to offer you the lowest prices because we do not have to maintain a large staff or a call center. Our lists are comparable to our competitors', except that ours offer a better guarantee and are generally more up to date.

    I purchased one of your lists and it cuts off at record 50,001. What's wrong?

If the list you ordered has more than 50,000 records, it is split into multiple pages. Scroll to the bottom of the spreadsheet and click on Sheet 2 to see the next page of records.

    I purchased a list, but I never got a download link from you, and you are not responding to my emails. What's wrong?

After you checkout, you will be sent an email with the download link. If you did not receive the email, and are not receiving any responses to your inquiries, then either our emails are being blocked, or you may have mis-typed your email address when you ordered. The only contact information we have for you is your e-mail address, and if it is incorrect or your email program is filtering out our emails, we have no way to contact you at all. You need to do the following things:
1. Look in your junk mail folder for our e-mails.
2. Add info@principe-programming.com to your whitelist in your email account.
3. Contact us through the feedback form once our emails are unblocked, or leave us another email address where we can contact you.
