We guarantee our emails and postal mails to be 90% accurate, or we will give you a prorated refund.

1. Claim for undeliverables must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

2. Definitions:

Undeliverable emails: Emails sent to email addresses which is closed or not valid.

Deliverable email addresses: Emails to which it is possible to deliver email. This includes emails that are not delivered due to temporary errors, spam filters, full mailbox, sender's server is blacklisted, emails sent improperly, etc.

Bounced email: An email that is not delivered and generates a failure message which is sent to the sender's email address. A bounced email is not necessarily undeliverable.

3. When submitting a claim, you must submit the list of undeliverable emails, along with the error codes for each email from your email software, the IP address of the server that you sent the emails from, and the number of times that you attempted to resend to this list.

4. Refunds will be issued on a per-record basis by dividing the sale price by the number of records after allowing 10%. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used to purchase the list.
